Seminole Woods, known as the "S" and "U" Sections because the streets within this area all begin with the letter "S" or the letter "U", has the closest access to Flagler Beach, which is only four miles away from the entrance to Seminole Woods. It is on the southern side of Highway 100 and due east of Quail Hollow. Seminole Woods is also easily reached by Interstate-95, and in close proximity to the new Target shopping center, Flagler Hospital, and the Flagler County Municipal Airport.
If open spaces are what you crave, Seminole Woods is a good choice. Much of this sprawling community is undeveloped, grassy landscape. Many of its quiet streets have home sites for building your new dream home. In the "S" Section a public park with playground, tennis court, and basketball court has been built. Although Seminole Woods is nearly ten miles from Palm Coast Parkway, its closeness to the beach and easiest access to the city of Daytona Beach to the south are often exactly what home buyers are looking for.
The main road through the "S" and "U" Sections of Seminole Woods is Seminole Woods Boulevard, which has its northern end at Highway 100 just west of I-95, and its southern end at US Route 1, south of downtown Bunnell. There are resale homes available as well as many types of lots for building new homes. View homes for sale in Seminole Woods of Palm Coast.
